No customer protection

Ordered car springs from a supplier, they were obviously the wrong ones (far too short). Supplier refused a refund. Opened PayPal case, they refused to help me as the springs had apparently been “irreversibly altered” as I had tried to fit them. Gave up arguing with live Indian chat. Had to use small claims court to get my refund. So much for buyer protection! Reviewed on: 22nd April 2026
