Since opening my account I have not had many reasons to contact pay pal but when I have been unfortunate to need help or guidence the have helped. either by on line comunication E-Email or on site direct messageing.I also found the opening of the offer to pay in 3 monthly payments eficient and smoth with reminders when and how much the next payment would be.
