Service is good, clear information

I have had hardly any issues with the service. The information provided is clear. Statements are on time. Email communication is good. Reviewed on: 2nd June 2024

Overall I’m happy.

Overall I’m happy with PayPal credit. However, I made a large payment towards my balance earlier this year and the payment wasn’t allocated to interest bearing balances first which is extremely frustrating. Hopefully when I speak with customer service then this will be resolved. Reviewed on: 2nd June 2024
