Good way to pay for stuff over time

Have used PayPal credit for many things and have always found it to be a positive experience. The four months interest free period on purchases over £99 is brilliant, my only suggestion is that they could offer a little longer but can’t complain. I like that statements and payments are easy to manage in the app and that your statement tells you how much of your balance is gathering interest etc, so you know where the interest is coming from. Another suggestion I would make is that this breakdown of interest could also be provided directly in the app in a more user friendly way, so you can see exactly how much interest each purchase is acquiring and which ones are more important to pay off faster. Overall PayPal is a great credit option as it’s effective APR is very competitive and less than many credit card lenders on the market. Reviewed on: 6th June 2024
