I’ve only used customer service once i found them very efficient helpful and very polite . I like the fact you didn’t have to wait long for an answer I find PayPal a great help especially with payments quick service reliable . They increase your credit or you can request an inverse and I love the fact that you can also refuse to increase just love using PayPal for larger purchases Reviewed on: 9th June 2024

Paypal is very convenient and safe. I buy a lot of things online and with paypal i dont have to enter my bank details every single time. Plus with a huge credit limit and the pay later feature allows me to manage my budget properly. Reviewed on: 9th June 2024

Been great over the many years but..

It would of been excellent as over the year's it has been superb but after purchasing a package from Temu and them leaving it outside on my doorstep on show for anyway to take while I was away from home it got taken/stolen and I wasn't covered by PayPal. Who leaves a package costing nearly £200 outside on a outside doorstep visible to walkers by without any instructions to do so. Because the tracking photo showed this i wasnt covered.. Great service allowed me to pay off in installments when I paid for a holiday and it was a group booking. Party members could pay me when they're ready which was no bother as it had a 4 month 0% period. Reviewed on: 9th June 2024
