Convenient for spacing purchases when I'm squeezed.

I've found them convenient for spacing purchases that come up when I'm squeezed, particularly occasional urgent purchases such as when something breaks around the house, issues with my car or son's bike etc. Reviewed on: 13th May 2024

Great app very easy to use.

Great app very easy to use. The user experience is excellent from the ease of payment to keeping a track record of purchases and spending. There is also the benefit of flexible spending which allows you to budget for those larger spends. Spreading the cost over a number of payments, deffearing payment for 4 months interest free, to spreading the cost over longer interest free for those more expensive purchases. The control and flexibility is outstanding. Fully recommend to family and friends. Reviewed on: 13th May 2024

The One Credit Account I Won't Close!

I have had PayPal for years for when I would sell my clothes on eBay and loved the protection that they put it for potential issues on a marketplace site. Then I got PayPal Credit (about 5 years ago) and have been so thankful for the different purchase options which help me manage finances. Most recently, I my phone was pick pocketed whilst I was waiting on a train platform in London and was on a plane to North Africa the next day, thanks to PayPal Credit, I was able to pay for a new phone in full without the delay of saving for the unexpected expense or entering into a high interest credit agreement. I got it on 4 months 0% option and have finished the payments a month early. Another positive experience is when a stranger kept trying to do password resets on my account and send payment requests to me. I spoke with PayPal customer service and they guided me through step by step what I needed to do and resolve it. Finally another great experience is with refunds, I purchased from a UK seller, sent the returns back within the return window and they did not refund me or respond to my emails for almost 10 weeks. I spoke with PayPal customer service who opened the dispute for me when I was struggling and got my money back. I have already recommended them several times over, the only reason I give a 9 out of 10 is because payments take a while to debit and credit PayPal Credit when trying to make a statement payment. Gives a sense of safety

We purchased an expensive camera from overseas on ebay just before the pandemic. Months passed by, and nothing arrived, even though the seller insisted on that they had sent the camera. When we gave up hope, we contacted PayPal, and won the dispute in the end. It was a huge relief, as such big amount would've cut a large hole on our finances. We liked PayPal before that incident, but it strengthened our trust since this even more. Reviewed on: 13th May 2024
