Trustworthy and Reliable excellent service.

PayPal makes buying anything a safe secure and affordable way to buy. The customer service is always excellent, friendly and informative. Always very helpful. The ease of being able to spread payments allows for budgeting and the customer is always reminded of when payments are due. PayPal is efficient and fair.

Unlike a lot of large online companies, PayPal is easy to get in contact with. While chatting with an actual person and not a bot, the reason for getting in touch is dealt with quickly and efficiently. Not always in my favour but it’s better dealing with fairness than favouritism I think, so that was my outcome last week and yet I’m still happy, weird but happy. Reviewed on: 26th May 2025

Refreshingly Transparent Service

I’ve used PayPal for years. Always good experience. Easy to navigate website. Keeps you in touch when payments due, I usually use the pay in three option. Enables me to buy things I couldn’t afford if it was only one payment option. Reviewed on: 26th May 2025

Really helpful for budgeting for big purchase...

I use it all the time for budgeting for big purchases and it makes life so easy. The app is efficient and easy to navigate. I like the pay in 3 option or just to put it on credit and pay it off within a certain time. And it’s accepted practically everywhere! Reviewed on: 26th May 2025
