Simple & great service!

I have used PayPal credit for the past four years to book holidays for my family. Splitting the 0% interest payments over three or four payments using the simple step by step payment plan within the app & always someone to answer any questions on the end of the phone. Previously given you high ratings. Recently had a bad experience with PayPal credit. It was online chat and perhaps I should phone to discuss. A transaction was made on Credit and it ended up being debited from my secondary bank account. The explanation as to why was vague and I had sufficient credit limit. Reviewed on: 14th June 2026
