Excellent experience with the service

Good fast and also easy to use

The good part: PayPal has “Purchase Protection”. Since the item never arrived + seller couldn’t prove delivery, PayPal refunded the full $120 from their own pocket. Took about 10 days total. Friend got money back, and seller didn’t lose it either because PayPal covered it. Reviewed on: 15th June 2026

Lacking in customer service

Customer service regarding complaints is very odd. I was sent a resolution citing things from 2024 not anything to do with current times but no way to dispute it other than ombudsman. Reviewed on: 15th June 2026

Ease of use is the killer feature
