The staff at PayPal are amazing and super helpful

The staff at PayPal are amazing and super helpful whenever I have called up. However the payment for the direct debit even when scheduled on a specific day it never gets taken out on that day, could be a few days after this which would always throw me off and caused me issues. Can’t fault the customer service at all though, always found it 10/10. Would be easier to have clearer numbers for contacts somewhere though as I’ve had it a couple of times where I’ve called up and they’ve needed to transfer me over to the credit team Reviewed on: 6th May 2026

They look out for customers!

Since having PayPal Credit everything has been smooth and straightforward. Paypal reward customers by increasing their limit for good repayment. Most importantly they do not just give large amount of credit causing some to make incorrect financial decision. Their decision process is very circumstantial which is very important.
