Overall excellent

Pros: Interest free options give me time to pay. Sometimes it's better than bank credit cards. Cons: repayment process is not updated on time. Sometimes I paid an amount but it's not deducted for couple of days that is confused me. Reviewed on: 20th May 2024

I use PayPal credit for booking flights and hotels.

I use PayPal credit for booking flights and hotels. 4 months at 0% interest has been incredible. Allows for more flexibility and I don’t have to fork out the full amount for my trips at once. Easy to track on the PayPal app. Highly recommend Reviewed on: 20th May 2024

A great company

I've had problems with sellers, not supplying/falsely describing goods, bought from them. In every occasion PayPal have made the processes for entering a claim, easy and straightforward. Not only that, but on the one occasion as an eBay seller, that I had a dispute, again the process for reporting the dispute, was easy and resolved quickly and efficiently.
