Easy and accessible

So easy to use. Clear instructions and easy to access using checkout. Great option as well without hoops to jump through to access. Perfect big shops especially unexpected ones, making it easy to have more control on finances. Reviewed on: 9th July 2026

Excellent communication.

Paypal pay in 3 has excellent communication, payment is split into managable amounts and a reminder of up coming payments are sent both as an email and a text message, there are no surprises, it does exactly what it says. Reviewed on: 9th July 2026

I have been using PayPal for many years

I have been using PayPal for many years, and it is my preferred way to pay online. It gives me real peace of mind when making purchases because I know my payments are secure, and I have confidence in the protection they offer if something goes wrong. On the few occasions I have needed to contact customer service, the experience has always been excellent. The advisers have been responsive, easy to speak to, and have resolved my issues quickly. That level of support has reinforced my trust in the service. I also appreciate the flexibility PayPal provides with its range of payment options. Having choices, including the ability to spread the cost of purchases when needed, is a valuable feature. Because of the security, reliability, and consistently good customer service, I choose to use PayPal whenever it is available.
