There are no interest, setup or late fees for eligible purchases, and eligible transactions are covered by PayPal Buyer Protection.

Yes, PayPal has good customer service.

PayPal has good customer service. For example, when I had a dispute with a supplier, the issue was resolved fairly, and I was protected from a scammer. PayPal has been fair with refunds; I got my money back when I deserved it, and the supplier was favored when I didn't. Technical issues were fixed with online support, and changes in terms and conditions were communicated in advance. Overall, I'm happy with the service so far.
