Sometimes when I am confused, I call customer service for help to understand certain queries. What I hate is how inpatient and rushed I am made to feel. I feel like I am not being helped, rather I feel like I am more of a nuisance and not a priority at heart for customer service experience. As if a teacher at school is helping you, but when you are still confused, they would rush out the room and make you feel like you’re impossibly helpless.
