Makes the expensive items that bit easier to buy.

Pay in three is a terrific way to buy the big items without putting all the money out in one month. Spreading it over three makes it much more affordable. I really like that they remind you before a payment is due too. Reviewed on: 27th June 2025

very useful but I still have reservations about PayPal.

I find to pay in three usually helpful, especially because it means I can spread the payment of an item across a couple of months, even when I have the funds to pay it entirely – obviously helps with cash flow and his particularly useful for my business, although I am restricted now to only using a personal account. The reason for less stars is because Paypal isn’t entirely reliable or trustworthy, unfortunately as I found out with my business account, which has been suspended without any good reason – I have been able to get the funds out of the account (I install kitchens and bathrooms - hardly a dodgy business) but I’m not allowed to use my business name or my business account or anything at all associated with the business with any PayPal business account in the future – no recourse to speak to a human and no idea what I did wrong, if anything – it’s obviously tainted my experience of PayPal, which otherwise is incredibly useful.
