Excellent customer service

I happened to speak with one of their staff members some months ago and I was amazed by his patience and support, even though I was the one who failed to understand him. The level of tolerance, oh my God…And the conversation lasted for about 47 minutes. He managed to explain his point, I understood, and I asked him to forgive me for not understanding.
