Convenient but needs clearer communication

I’ve been using PayPal Pay in 3 and overall it’s a convenient way to spread the cost of purchases without paying interest. The setup process is quick and easy, and payments are taken automatically, which helps avoid missing deadlines. However, the experience could be improved with clearer communication around eligibility and declined transactions, as it’s not always obvious why a payment plan isn’t approved. It would also be helpful to have better visibility and reminders within the app before payments are due. Enjoy using them

Everything i have ever done with PayPal has been smooth with no issues. I have only had to contact them once with an issue i was having from a store that hadn't sent my refund and they were very helpful and gave advice and resolved the problem. Reviewed on: 26th April 2026
