I have used paypal for years.

I have used paypal for years. I have only had one problem with one item purchased and paypal refunded my money. I use paypal to transfer money to my daughter. An excellent service. The payments are instant. Reviewed on: 15th June 2024

lack of support TV boxes, from the PayPal team.

I had paid for some items TV boxes, 3 of them none of them worked. I did contact the company, Captomized Ltd, I made the purchase through PayPal. The company offer was a reduced price 50% and to keep the boxes I was not happy with that I sid I wanted all of my money back £63.25 as the products did not work. Dec 12th Captomize Ltd I did not feel that PayPal helped me or guided me. I am a person with a disability due to a survere head injury. It a lot of money to loose out of my benefits.
