Better budgeting

I always use PayPal pay in 3 when I can. To get 3 months interest free allows me to purchase things immediately where I would have had to wait until I had all the funds. PayPal pay in 3 allows me to keep to a budget plan as I know that the money is due out and when. I would have otherwise just spent that money and not saved for the goods I wanted.
