An excellent way to budget for larger purchases.

I've used PayPal: PayPal in 3 several times to help me manage my finances. It is so much easier to spread out payments for larger purchases. The transactions always go through on time and I receive email notifications to remind me when the payment is due, well in advance, so I can ensure I have budgeted for it. When we ask for a refund because the seller sent the wrong item, PayPal asks that we talk to the seller and what if the seller does not respond, we have to wait a long time.
