PayPal is helpful and mostly accessible

PayPal is helpful for transferring money and paying for items without spending time typing bank details. The user experience is mostly accessible, although I think it could be made easier to transfer money from PayPal to your bank account with a button on the home screen. Reviewed on: 9th April 2026

I have never had a problem with PayPal and when I have been in a dispute with a supplier PayPal have always resolved the issue quickly and provided refunds where required. Reviewed on: 9th April 2026

If I'd used a credit card instead of Paypal Credit I could've done a balance transfer to incur less interest but Paypal don't allow you to pay your Credit account with a credit card. Customer Service is shocking. Reviewed on: 9th April 2026
