I have had excellent servcie from Petplan; when I have 'phoned, the call handlers are always helpful. It is easy to claim online, and my claims have been processed smoothly. Communication is very good with emails telling me how my claim is progressing. I would reccomend Petplan. Reviewed on: 1st September 2021

Pet Plan is an amazing Pet Insurance. Pet Plan staff always give outstanding customer service and always ask how my dog is and wish him good luck in his operations which is such a lovely touch and very much appreciated. We lost our Giant rabbit recently and Pet Plan sorted it all out for us. after submitting the details, they contacted our vets and sorted it all out, they let us know without badgering us as this sad time and they sorted out closing the policy for us too. they have been more than brilliant, they clearly love animals and understand what a pet means to an owner. Couldnt have asked for better service at the time when you need it the most. Will always recommend this company and will always be with them for as long as we have pets. Thank you again PetPlan. Best pet insurance for peace of mind

I've used petplan for a number of years now, some of my dogs have has to be treated at specialist centres, claims are always paid, no matter how much, all vets seem happy to have a direct claim policy with petplan. I have complete peace of mind that should one of my dogs become ill petplan are there to to take the worry of cost away. Reviewed on: 1st September 2021

A thorough cover

Even if my pet has an ongoing illness they will keep paying for it. This gives peace of mind. This insurance was recommended to me by a friend who is a vet and so I felt in safe hands! Reviewed on: 1st September 2021

They offerd me 4 weeks free insurance for my little boy, and after reading what they had to offer and how cheap it was, i got both of my dogs insured, and it took minuets to do! Reviewed on: 31st August 2021
