I have had excellent servcie from Petplan; when I have 'phoned, the call handlers are always helpful. It is easy to claim online, and my claims have been processed smoothly. Communication is very good with emails telling me how my claim is progressing. I would reccomend Petplan. Reviewed on: 1st September 2021

Pet Plan is an amazing Pet Insurance. Pet Plan staff always give outstanding customer service and always ask how my dog is and wish him good luck in his operations which is such a lovely touch and very much appreciated.
