Petplan settle my claims promptly with the minimum of fuss. In communications they are empathetic and helpful. The premiums are fair although vet fees are eye watering. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2021

Sid our cats illness

the procedure for claiming on Sids policy was excellent, by liasing with the two vets surgeries involved Petplan could not have been more helpful taking away a lot of the anxiety from us at this stressful time .He is now back to his boisterous self. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2021
