Best Insurance experience ever!

My cat Ajax became ill with diabetes and cancer not long after COVID started, it was such a stressful and heartbreaking time. I had to put in a lot of claims and they were amazingly quick processed and updated me about every claim. I phoned the customer service to cancel my direct debit after his passing and they were so sincere and understanding, I couldn't of asked for a better experience especially in my time of grieving. Because of this amazing and supportive experience they gave me I have insured my 2 new kittens with Petplan lifetime cover and trust I'll continue to have a positive experience with this company. When we got our little kitten from a shelter we didn't know that within weeks he'd take ill. Never in our wildest of dreams/ nightmares that he would be diagnosed with such a crippling illness as FIV , Thankfully Petplan had him under their wing and took all the stress of high vet bills away from us. Along with a great team of family vets in Omagh, Something that I will always appreciate and be thankful for .. We lost our little ray of orange light Aug 26, When and if I'm ever ready to welcome another little bright light into our lives I will certainly be asking Petplan to be there for us all along our journey of happiness & laughs and best of all the snuggles .... Petplan settle my claims promptly with the minimum of fuss. In communications they are empathetic and helpful. The premiums are fair although vet fees are eye watering. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2021
