Fast, friendly and efficient

Only delays in payment were due to shortstaffing at vet. Even then petplan advised for reason for delay. Reviewed on: 29th September 2023

Reliable and sympathetic

I lost both my 17 year old cats last year, insured with Petplan from adoption at 16 weeks through to the end. Sadly over their last couple of years, many claims were put in. I found Petplan to be highly sympathetic and empathetic. I found an insurance company who paid reliably and without any inquisition. These lovely ladies and gents were second to none upon the calls I had to make sadly cancelling each policy. I never hesitated to indure my new cats with them. Faultless Service

Pay out quickly, keep you updated by email/text. Vets happy to deal with them directly because of their good reputation. Don't contact you unnecessarily when your pet isill. Make you feel like a valued customer. 10 out of 10 Reviewed on: 26th September 2023

Totally reliable in paying up

Sasha is a tripaw dog of 13 years and I have been with Petplan since we got her from a rescue in 2016. We took out the life policy which has saved us a lot on her prescription meds. We have never had a claim refused Reviewed on: 26th September 2023

No hassle claims

This month two of my pets became unwell and my vet bills quickly added up. Luckily they both have Petplan insurance and my claims were paid within a day of my vets sending them in. All I had to do was provide my vets details! Two of my cats have ongoing conditions, irritable bowel disease and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy - it’s such a relief knowing that there’s no penalty for claiming. Reviewed on: 25th September 2023

Never fails

Petplan have been the insurer of all my dogs from pup to the end. In nearly 40 years I have never had a claim refused, and currently my 6 yo cocker spaniel has 2 life long conditions., his claims each year more than cover the premiums for my 2 dogs, but Petplan pay promtly and without question.
