We would all love to think our pets will never be ill but we know that is wishful thinking. I have registered my pets with Pet Plan for over 30 years. The 'for life' policies give you the reassurance you will never fail your pets because of finance. They are kind, professional and speedy to resolve claims. Everything you want in a provider. Only delays in payment were due to shortstaffing at vet. Even then petplan advised for reason for delay. Reviewed on: 29th September 2023

I lost both my 17 year old cats last year, insured with Petplan from adoption at 16 weeks through to the end. Sadly over their last couple of years, many claims were put in. I found Petplan to be highly sympathetic and empathetic. I found an insurance company who paid reliably and without any inquisition. These lovely ladies and gents were second to none upon the calls I had to make sadly cancelling each policy. I never hesitated to indure my new cats with them.
