Perfect for my senior newly adopted cat

I haven't actually made a claim at the moment, but I got 4 weeks free when I adopted my 12 year old cat, Charlie, from Cats Protection, Birmingham. I decided to continue with his insurance and Petplan gave me another free 4 weeks. I researched other companies, but some don't accept older pets or they cost more and don't provide what I need. If you adopt a pet and have free insurance with Petplan, it makes sense to continue it. You will have a choice of cover at varying prices, I have stayed with the basic for the moment but I can change it in the future as he gets older. They won't charge more if you make a claim plus they also donate to Petplan plus other charities, so you will be helping other pets too. Reviewed on: 30th August 2021

Always there when you need them

Pat plan have helped me and my family through a tough year with our new puppy. To start all was well but we started noticing an exercise intolerance and over the past 6 month our fur baby has gone thought a lot of tests and scans. It’s been a scary time for us all, but Pet plan have been amazing, always there when we needed them, ready to answer any questions we had. I would recommend them to anyone who has a pet they love.
