Easy to use and great cover

Petplan is such an easy to use insurers the vet does the whole claim nothing is needed expect to pay the vet the excess. They cover so much had no issues with them at all. They are definitely worth looking into. Reviewed on: 31st August 2021

Professional and speedy service

We have been with petplan for several years. We had a really positive experience when we had to make a claim. It was all handled by the vet and processed very quickly. Couldn't have asked for a speedier service which is just what you need when going through such a stressful time. They may not be the cheapest but would highly recommend their services. Ideal for multi pet households

Being allowed to tailor what cover I needed for each pet while only having one payment each month makes this an easy insurance to set up and keep track of. The variety of treatments and situations provided for makes me feel very secure that my pets are taken care off. To add to this the prices are more than reasonable and very affordable (even in a multi pet household) which makes this a perfect choice. Reviewed on: 30th August 2021

Excellent thanks experience for all my insurance claims

Petplan have been great with paying out for the insurance claims I've had to make as my cat developed epilepsy. They've liaised directly with the vet about any claims I've made so that's taken any stress away from me. I haven't been questioned on my claims and as far as I can see they judge very fairly and pay out quickly. So glad I had pet insurance and even more glad I went with them as a provider.
