PetPlan insurance for pets is a reliable, easy process to both register or make a claim. I have been with Petplan and I wouldn't change , I find their policy options excellent, and their staff to be helpful friendly; and supportive. I would highly recommend Petplan . Reviewed on: 25th August 2021

Excellent pet insurance

I recommend petplan to all my friends and family.We have just had an upsetting time with our whippet Teddy where he has tumbled and fractured 3 bones in his neck. Petplan has kept me informed all the way through the claims and rather than bother me at this anxious time they have asked all questions that needed to be answered to my vets. My puppy was tested for allergies by our vet. My vet handled the claim directly, which was great and meant I didn’t have to fill in any forms. A few days later I received a text message telling me that they had my claim and were looking into it, a few days after they notified me that they had processed my claim in full. Compared to other insurers I’ve had in the past, Petplan stand out as one of the best! Reviewed on: 25th August 2021

Petplan is a great company we had to make a claim due to our older dog needing tests etc and we had no hassel at all it was quite straight forward to make the claim to. would highly recommended.. Reviewed on: 25th August 2021

We have unfortunately had to make a claim against the policy and have found pet plan to be very sympathetic and have contacted the vets on our behalf. Once the claim goes in pet plan do everything. Reviewed on: 25th August 2021
