Petplan are great when putting in a claim for my dog, prompt, no fuss & have never failed to fulfill my claim. However if you have a problem phoning them leaves a lot tto be desired.. They overdue security. Reviewed on: 24th August 2021

Amazing service

We have to thank Pet Plan for enabling us to give the right care for our pets. Yes its an added monthly cost, but if our cats weren't insured with them, one cat wouldn't have got the limb saving surgery she needed following a trauma to her leg, and our older cat wouldn't have been able to get the specialist eye treatment he so desperately needed.
