Petplan are brilliant, the cover they offer meets all my hounds needs and not once have they ever refused a claim. Not the cheapest pet insurance but most definitely the best! In my opinion you get what you pay for and my houndies health is very important and petplan give me the peace of mind knowing that what ever life throws at her she is covered and supported. I've loved Petplan since day one ten years ago!

Petplan has never let us down, ever. We have two dogs and have put in claims for both during illnesses over the last ten years. Each claim was dealt with professionally, speedily and clearly. Happy dogs. Happy dog owner in me! Reviewed on: 24th August 2021

Petplan are great when putting in a claim for my dog, prompt, no fuss & have never failed to fulfill my claim. However if you have a problem phoning them leaves a lot tto be desired.. They overdue security. Reviewed on: 24th August 2021

Amazing service

We have to thank Pet Plan for enabling us to give the right care for our pets. Yes its an added monthly cost, but if our cats weren't insured with them, one cat wouldn't have got the limb saving surgery she needed following a trauma to her leg, and our older cat wouldn't have been able to get the specialist eye treatment he so desperately needed.
