Always helpful and paid my claims without issue.

My 2 dogs were insure with pet plan, longest 11 years. When Charlie needed surgery, an MRI scan, a biopsy on a lump in his spine. And emergency vet visits this was all covered. Their web chat helped with any concerns and queries. Likewise their helpful guides have helped me train my new puppy and given me lots of advice about things I had forgotten. We have had to claim twice on the policy, once when our dog was unfortunately knocked down by a car and once for a dermatitis he developed. Petplan have been brilliant to deal with and paid out quickly removing the stress- particularly following the car accident. Reviewed on: 18th August 2021
