PetPlan have been fantastic since day one! We have an undiagnosed ongoing eye condition with our 9 month old Havanese pup and they have been brilliant- claims have been handled effectively and simply! Reviewed on: 18th August 2021

Claims were made very easily, the staff are very understanding and were very helpful when asked to freeze my payments, and to change the direct debit date as I had changed to a new job, and my payday was no longer on the same day that my direct debit was. Reviewed on: 18th August 2021
