Fantastic insurance company, that has given me peace of mind with my two Pugs! PetPlan has always dealt with my claims promptly, the staff have always been very caring and understanding and make things easy so I can concentrate on caring for my furbabies I would recommend this company over any other. My 20mth old cat Muffin developed a blocked bladder which left untreated could have been fatal. He was in hospital twice (St George's in Wolverhampton) and had a number of procedures including two general anaesthetics. My Vets dealt directly with PetPlan so no additional stress for me in filling out forms. A number of claims were made throughout his illness. Initially Petplan emailed me for some additional information about Muffin (he was a rescue cat). Despite this the claim was closed within 4 days of them receiving it. The others were within 2 days. The running claim total was close to £4800 but this was no issue for them. Such prompt service from them. I would totally recommend them to anyone looking for Gold Standard Pet Insurance. For info Muffin has Ultimate Cover for life. Fantastic! It's really good to know my boy is well protected. Thank you Petplan! Sally Hutchison Reviewed on: 7th August 2021
