Wonderful Customer Service

PetPlan's customer service representives are a real credit to them. While everything can be done, simply online via My Petplan, sometimes you just need to talk to someone when your pet is suffering and you need help to understand what to do next, like setting up a claim. Excellent No Fuss Pet Cover

I have used Pet Plan for 5 years and have added 2 additional plans during this time. I wouldn't move insurer as unfortunately, due to health conditions and an accident caused by a parks negligence, I have and continue to use Pet Plan throughout the years. Not only have they covered the accident but continue to cover the health conditions with no fuss and no delays. They are so quick to respond, provide constant communication throughout and resolve within a couple of weeks. The payments are fair and if you take the life cover, payments remain the same unlike most insurance companies - the more you claim, the more they increase the payments but Pet Plan do not do this. Most insurance companies have hidden costs or admin and additional costs on top of your excess - Pet Plan also do not do this. I mostly use the online portal to make my claims now which is so easy to use but if I have ever had to call them, they are all friendly and helpful. Would not change insurance company and have used many in the past so I can compare. Would highly recommend Pet Plan and cant thank them enough for their continued help and support for my hairy kids. The BEST insurer

My Daisy has had a lot of problems with her health but Petplan have made the claim process easy to manage and the ability to pay the vet directly has saved me a lot of hassle. I love the newsletters they send out too. Reviewed on: 5th August 2021

Extremely helpful, friendly and easy to deal with.

They were extremely helpful and friendly, they reassured us and dealt straight with our vet. They were fabulous in a worrying time financially, they helped us every step of the way! Petplan all the way

Superb Pet Insurance

Unfortunately since soon after I got my dog Sam, he has had both chronic and acute conditions. I have never had any problems with Petplan paying out insurance. Pleasant and helpful staff. Highly recommended by me and Sam. Reviewed on: 4th August 2021
