Really helpful, was very easy to start our insurance policy with our puppy. The website is very easy to use and gives you access to all the details and documents for our policy. We had Petplan with our previous dog and had no problems with claims (and there were a lot!) so it was a no brainer that when we had our new dog that we went back to Petplan. Whilst there are cheaper insurance policies out there, you know what you are getting with Petplan - choice of 3 levels of cover and no pressure to choose the most expensive one. I absolutely love using this company for my fur babies insurance. Not only is their website/plans/policy etc easy to navigate/use, but any problems or questions that I have, no matter how big or small are answered by a friendly, caring, knowledgeable and patient customer services team if I can’t find the information online. I feel that they really do care. I also love receiving the informative emails that are relevant to my dog. They really do make their policy holders and their pets feel like they matter. Quick payout / no fuss

We were in the middle of a 4 week Petplan trial period and my pet had to have emergency treatment costing over £1,000. Within a few days of submitting paperwork, the amount was reimbursed, no quibble. Naturally, I decided to take out a year policy.
