Simply the best

We had Petplan with our previous dog and had no problems with claims (and there were a lot!) so it was a no brainer that when we had our new dog that we went back to Petplan. Whilst there are cheaper insurance policies out there, you know what you are getting with Petplan - choice of 3 levels of cover and no pressure to choose the most expensive one. I absolutely love using this company for my fur babies insurance. Not only is their website/plans/policy etc easy to navigate/use, but any problems or questions that I have, no matter how big or small are answered by a friendly, caring, knowledgeable and patient customer services team if I can’t find the information online. I feel that they really do care. I also love receiving the informative emails that are relevant to my dog. They really do make their policy holders and their pets feel like they matter. Quick payout / no fuss

We were in the middle of a 4 week Petplan trial period and my pet had to have emergency treatment costing over £1,000. Within a few days of submitting paperwork, the amount was reimbursed, no quibble. Naturally, I decided to take out a year policy.
