1st class service when you need them most

Petplan were excellent when we needed to claim under our lifetime policy. They have paid and supported our claim when our dog was diagnosed with lymphoma. They have paid the claims for nearly 2 years which meant we had our dog with us for more time than we ever thought. He recently fell out of remission and lymphoma returned, though planned to restart treatment that petplan would have supported unfortunately he was taken ill suddenly and we decided it was time to let him go. When we advised them if his passing they refunded us for the time left up to renewal which surprised me being that they had paid significant amounts on the claim. Throughout petplan are very easy to deal with, have great empathy and are fair and upfront and excellent insurer for all your pet needs. Reviewed on: 28th July 2021
