We use Petplan for our own rabbits, and also Petplan Sanctuary for our rabbit hotel. In both cases there has never been one tiny issue when we have to claim. It is simple, we are trusted, and the greatest thing of all is the customer services. The people down the phone are the HEART and SOUL of the company and they are the reason I value petplan so much. Any question, any issue, there is a friendly voice to answer you. They're like nurses, not what you'd expect from an insurance company. Just lovely caring people. If Petplan ever make the mistake of removing this 'heart' they will see business decline! It's just a wonderful service, and a great balance between practical, easy, and friendly. Lifesavers- literally!

Pet Plan has been a literal life saver for our fur baby, Sidney. Sidney is nearly 6 years old and when he became seriously ill at 3 months we didn’t realise he would have a lifelong illness. With Pet Plan’s help we have been able to access specialist care and Pet Plan has supported us all the way. Without this help, Sidney would not have been able to get the emergency treatment. We would be lost without PetPlan. We’ve three cats all insured with them. One cat has an ongoing health condition and PP have always paid out and supported. For the monthly payments I would say PP are worth every penny for the peace of mind it gives us. Reviewed on: 30th July 2021
