Professional, good communication and helpful

Unfortunately my rabbit Poppy took unwell and had to go to the emergency vets. Thankfully he made a full recovery. The next day I submitted a claim. The claim process was easy. I got regular updates and I didn’t have to do anything after the claim was submitted as petplan done everything. The full process was very easy and settled in under two weeks. I am happy I used PetPlan and I would recommend them to family or a friend. Reviewed on: 13th July 2021

The best

Many cheaper policies work out more expensive, they don't pay out or they put in exclusions. Petplan for life policies may look more expensive but if you have an animal who develops a condition, it won't be excluded from future claims. Petplan have always paid my claims, quickly, efficiently and without any quibble. My pet means the world to me so only the best is good enough for him. Reviewed on: 13th July 2021

Excellent insurance for my dogs

I've been with petplan for 10 years with a number of pets. Service and support has always been excellent, payments are made quickly even when my much loved pets have died reducing my worries and distress considerably. Would recommend

I only had my puppy for one month and paid one insurance payment when my puppy became unwell He had to have surgery and an over night stay which was not cheap. I could not pay up front as it was so expensive. I lost sleep and was so worried. Luckily my vet said as i was with petplan they would claim it for me for a small admin fee, and within less than 1 week, my claim had been paid out to the vets and i had received my funds that i paid for the overnight stay. I cant tell you how much i would recommend one having pet insurance important is, but too have it with the best company is even better. Get pet insurance and make it pet plan. Expensive

My dog is only 5 & we pay nearly £100 a month even though we have not yet made a claim. Reviewed on: 14th June 2021

Always been there when needed

When my cat was just 11mths she had an accident. Believed fallen from a roof. She broke her leg. Pet plan arranged excellent Pets hospital for an operation. When she was 8yrs old She was diagnosed with Cancer. I got a lot of support, but was never pushed into doing anything I did not want. I decided her treatment and PetPlan allowed this without question. Sadly she died. Reviewed on: 18th September 2020

Pricey but worth it

Best insurer for peace of mind and proper cover. Customer service generally very good. Wouldn’t use anyone else for my pets. Reviewed on: 18th September 2020
