Easy claims and prompt payment

We have a cat with an overactive thyroid problem. We are able to claim for consultations and medication. This would have been very expensive and we can rely on our Petplan policy to help. Reviewed on: 27th August 2019

Best cover for my furball

After a complex, as yet to be diagnosed, health issue with our dog Petplan have absolutely stepped up to the plate and covered his treatment to date without question. Our vet and referral vet were extremely happy to process payments via Petplan. It has been a simple process during a distressing time for all concerned. I’d recommend them without quibble. best ever..

have my shih-tzu with pet plan for life policy...when she blew a disc in her back they were my life-line...everything from operation to recovery to physio taken care of between pet plan and the hosp and physio...no need for me to stress...just be with izzi....she had physiom for more than a year after too....alls well that ends well tho she back walking and running and playing no meds...brilliant...dont like to think what the story would have been without them....:( Reviewed on: 27th August 2019

My dog has been referred twice to a referral hospital (hopefully never again), I found this an extremely frightening time as Molly is my world. Both times PetPlan was so reassuring and our cover meant all we needed to worry about was Molly. Thank you so much PetPlan. Reviewed on: 27th August 2019

Professional but kind

I have 3 cats and 3dogs insured with petplan. I’ve always found them efficient and professional but at the same time very human and kind. They like to chat about the animals and when I had to call after having a dog put to sleep they were so unbelievably kind as if they really knew us. Another dog was recently very ill but they didn’t make a drama out of any of it. Top marks. Reviewed on: 27th August 2019

why I'd recomend Pet Plan

I've never had any problem with Pet Plan paying any of my claims. I have been using Pet Plan for 20 + yrs. They have also paid my claims directly to my vets. Reviewed on: 27th August 2019
