Value and reassurance

Having previously had a cat with a health condition I know how important insurance can be. Petplan paid out for my previous cat so I'm happy to not have to claim for my current cats but know that Petplan will be paying out for another cat somewhere with a health condition. Amazing Insurance Company

My poor Ollie was viciously attacked at the age of 17 months. Pet Plan were helpful from the beginning, reassuring me that Ollie was covered under his policy and that they would deal with the vet directly so I didn’t have to worry about Vets Bills. Every bill was paid and they even called me up to check on Ollie recovery, going so far as to inform me that if Ollie had any behavioural or psychological issues after his attack they would pay for whatever help he needed. I've been with Petplan for eight years for both my horse and my dogs. I have had to make a few claims in that time and each time they have dealt with the claim quickly and efficiently. Comprehensive care and accepted by most vets
