Like many people Ive grumbled at the cost of pet insurance over the years but I don't know where I would have been this past year without it. Petplan have always covered my pets skin allergy treatment over the years, but this year he needed two cruciate ligament ops plus one adjustment. My policy covered a massive chunk of it and both myself and my furry pal are so grateful. With Petplan my vets could claim directly without the need for me to fill in paperwork. Claims are dealt with quickly and You can track your claim progress on line which is really helpful. Customer care staff are also really helpful and friendly. Ill never again grumble about the cost as its a cost worth paying for peace of mind. Reviewed on: 27th August 2019

Time is precious

Our beloved cat has an awful year. Firstly diagnosed with hyperthyroidism, treated with no queries or delays. Discharged completely cured. Five days later, diagnosed with stomach cancer. Had two rounds of chemo, was doing well but then he suffered a stroke and passed away. Nature can be cruel and my heart is shattered but the one thing I’ve not had to worry about is my PetPlan insurance cover. They’ve been efficient and supportive every step of the way and the time we had was precious and I’m grateful we had some extra time with Timmy. Reviewed on: 27th August 2019

Elbow dysplasia operation

Following surgery for elbow dysplasia and stem cell treatment petplan paid the vet direct. There is never any delay with getting the payments when we have been to our local vet.would not consider any other pet insurance Reviewed on: 27th August 2019

Does Exactly What It Says on the Policy

I once tried a different pet insurance company but after my vet expressed concern I switched back. Petplan gives me piece of mind. Having 3 of one of the rarest breeds I need to know that should it become necessary Petplan will be on hand to help Reviewed on: 27th August 2019

Fabulous, wouldn't be without it!

My cat became critically ill very very quickly, it was extremely stressful for myself and my husband, and of course my poor kitty, but at least I didn't have the worry of 'can i afford this treament' there's no doubt that if I hadn't had petplan insurance, my beloved kitty wouldn't be with us now.. 8 months on and he's full of life, chasing grasshopper's and relaxing in the sun.
