Not the most Inexpensive Pet insurance , but there is no problem with making a claim. To help policy holders further, the remaining balance after paying the excess can be paid directly to the veterinary practice concerned ,removing the need to find a lump sum and then await reimbursement. I've two dogs with pet plan since they were pups. 1 is now 6 the other is 3.5. I do worry the prices are going up. I've claimed once for both with no problems. Reviewed on: 21st September 2022

Excellent service had no problem at all in claiming.
