Fast, friendly and efficient

Only delays in payment were due to shortstaffing at vet. Even then petplan advised for reason for delay. Reviewed on: 29th September 2023

Petplan Excel

I have had to claim from Petplan and have always had an excellent friendly service. They have been outstanding at every stage of my claim. I would happily recommend them to anyone requiring Pet Insurance. Reviewed on: 3rd October 2022

Life cover

Pet plan are great

I've two dogs with pet plan since they were pups. 1 is now 6 the other is 3.5. I do worry the prices are going up. I've claimed once for both with no problems. Reviewed on: 21st September 2022

Excellent service had no problem at all in claiming.

Last year my dog had a dental problem and he had to have anti- biotics and then 4 teeth removed and cleaned. Payment on my claim was prompt. Reviewed on: 21st September 2022

Claiming is easy and straight forward

I've been with Petplan for 3 years now. Unfortunately my dog hurt his leg earlier this year. Claiming for both Vet and complementary treatments has been so easy and without any quibble. So glad I'm insured with Petplan. Reviewed on: 7th September 2022

Reassurance

When we adopted Millie (Labrador retriever) she was already 3 years old and came with a month's free cover from Petplan. I did some research into Petplan and other companies and found them to be the best value for money with all life cover Given the fact that she's a Labrador and we have no history of her breeding we felt it important to have Insurance to provide for Millie should she have any problems particularly breed related issues and Petplan tucked all the boxes especially as they are approved by our vets so no need to pay up front then make a claim Reviewed on: 7th September 2022
