Best cover for rabbits

There isn't a great range of choice for rabbit insurers but PetPlan offer good cover and we have had to claim several times and never had a problem. Reviewed on: 21st August 2017

Great insurancer

Petplan is very helpful and also asks how you Pet (baby) is doing. It is very stressful when your pet is ill, Petplan is very helpful and makes it a bit less stressful not having to worry about if your insurance company is going to pay out. Thank you. Reviewed on: 21st August 2017

There when I needed them most!

With all the stress of being advised just how ill our Ellie was, to not have the added stress of worrying about how I was going to pay for treatment, or even claim it back made making hard decisions that little bit easier. Appreciate they aren't the cheapest, but the service & help is well worth paying the extra for - as is the peace of mind. Reviewed on: 21st August 2017

I've had pet insurance with Pet plan for my previous dog and now with my current dog and cat and can't fault them. My previous dog had multiple ailments and all were covered by her policy and never had any issues with claiming. In the last 6 years of her life Pet plan paid out approx £17,000 - £20,000. My current dog had to have spinal surgery in January this year which meant a referal to a specialist after initial treatment at her vet, again no issues with any of this and Pet plan paid the specialist directly which was good as the final bill totalled £7,500. Have 2 Labradors. The eldest has certainly been a rufty, rufty boy in his time and we have claimed numerous times. Claims always paid promptly with no quibble.. youngest Labrador has recently had an expensive operation at Supervets place. Claim settled very quickly in full. It's great peace of mind to be able to rely on your insurer when your best friends are in trouble. Reviewed on: 21st August 2017

Couldn't do without them

They have simply been amazing..my Welsh terrier buddy has has some serious health issues and without petplan I don't know how we would have coped ..tjey take care of everything I just pay the excess and all is taken care of Reviewed on: 20th August 2017
