Fantastic service

For years I used another provider without issue, but as my dogs got older the premiums rose to ridiculous amounts, leading me to choose another company - petplan - since being with petplan I have had to make a few claims and they are always hassle free and quick to pay my vet directly. Efficient and supportive

There for me when my cat Theo needed them

When my cat Theo wasn't just himself, he was off his food and not his usual lively self I didn't know what was wrong with him but thanks to Petplan I was able to take him to my local vets to be assessed without worrying about the vet fees. I found out that his temperature was raised and he had some enlarged lymphatic glands indicating a possible infection. Theo was kept in the vets for 3 days, put on a drip and given if antibiotics . Thanks to Petplan a time that was stressful for me was much easier as I only had to pay the excess on my policy. I have been insured by Petplan since I got Theo over 2 years ago and have always been pleased with the service and cost of insurance. My only claim was dealt with promptly and I didn't have to do anything, my vets carried out the claim. I enjoy receiving their news letters with useful information about pets and would always recommend Petplan to other people Reviewed on: 19th August 2017

Petplan is the best pet insurance and excellent rates and no hassle iwhen putting a claim in, quick pay out too.

Breathe easy
