Superior insurers

I insure all my puppys as they leave for their forever homes.I can relax in the knowledge all puppys have all round insurance. As a breeder only one new owner has had to claim,Petplan dealt with claim professionally and promptly..... I always recommend Petplan....Always! Reviewed on: 21st August 2017

Genuinely helpful company

My puppy had a fractured toe at just 10 weeks old. It meant that the claim was split between his breeders insurance and the full policy I'd taken out for the year ahead with petplan. Whilst both policies were petplan it made it a daunting prospect for me as I knew the claim would be several months until he was okay by the vet for his future job as a disability assistance dog. PetPlan, from the off, we're fantastic. They made it as simple as possible and always took the time to make sure everything was going head properly. We had a few issues with the vetinary practice and their poor record keeping but again, petplan found ways around it and encouraged me to keep on until the claim was resolved. Staff always gave their name and if I said I was writing it down, they offered to spell it too which is a great help. I found them extremely proffesional and polite without that overtone of partronsation you sometimes get with Pet insurance companies. They always used my name, never love, babe, hun..... Which us apreciated! I've had no issues with petplan and shall continue to insure my standard poodle through them in the years to come. Reviewed on: 21st August 2017

Excellent service! Wouldn't go anywhere else

Our American Bulldog had a lump which had to be removed and tested. Thankfully it was nothing bad! Petplan were fantastic, they paid the vet direct and really quickly too. No hassel. I also had to call them for some information for the vets and the lady I spoke to was really friendly and helpful. Great customer service. Reviewed on: 21st August 2017

Excellent cover with great empathy

PetPlan made all the claims I have put through for my 3 dogs really easy and they were quick to settle them with my vet. When one of my dogs died last January PetPlan employees demonstrated great empathy and efficiency and they made me feel they cared about my feelings and my sense of loss, which is rare from insurers. Petplan worth every penny

I have 8 animals insured with Petplan and have claimed quite a lot over the years. They have always paid quickly and without quibble. I know people who have gone with cheaper companies and then not be paid what they thought they should when claiming. Reviewed on: 21st August 2017

Trustworthy and friendly insurance company

Whenever I've spoken with Petplan on the phone they have been open and friendly, especially important when I have difficult situations with my cat. I truly think the price is worth the peace of mind I get for my cat. Reviewed on: 21st August 2017

The best for my bunny
