pet plan have insured both my cat and dog for years now and every time we have needed to claim there has been no trouble. always happy to pay premium every year regardless of the increase because I know without it I would not be able to afford those large vet bills. petplan keeps my pets healthy and my mind at ease. provide the best cover there is. Very happy with the product offered and the guidance. Having chosen the insurance product that was appropriate, the documentation was emailed through to me the next working day. This is one insurance company that has the best interest in the animals health. They are always trying to keep on top of any changes and are quick to inform their customer's of any information which can help their pets. Reviewed on: 17th August 2017

Working for Petplan made me aware of the Insurance market and the different types of insurance for Pets. I believe in Petplan the product itself, it works well and I believe we are there for our customers, we have a good product and provide excellent customer service. I believe Petplan is a great company with so many good qualities, Petplan are really pet people and I think if you want the best you will get the best indeed which is Petplan!
