Pet Plan policies are really good from day 1, and the way they deal with claims is just great. The customer service is outstanding. Their life time policies are the best in the market and its really worth it. Reviewed on: 17th August 2017

Having been insured with a company before that made every excuse to pay out I went on recommendation and took out petplan life cover. Person on the phone made clear what I was covers for and now my dog is covered for the rest of his life Reviewed on: 17th August 2017

Petplan had ensured that I was kept up to date in every step of me taking out my insurance, to advising me what my policy entitles me to, explaining the Terms & Conditions fully, to also advising me on how my claim progress was coming along. They ensured that payments would be made into my bank account, rather than the form of a cheque, and I can not thank them enough for the work they have put in to ensuring that my pet has the best insurance available.
