I had an easy experience setting a policy up online for my horse, very straight forward. Will be getting a small animal policy in the new year when I get a new addition to the family. Reviewed on: 17th August 2017

Working for Petplan made me aware of the Insurance market and the different types of insurance for Pets. I believe in Petplan the product itself, it works well and I believe we are there for our customers, we have a good product and provide excellent customer service. I believe Petplan is a great company with so many good qualities, Petplan are really pet people and I think if you want the best you will get the best indeed which is Petplan! Life Saving Product

We acquired a kitten at students and during its first week the little adventurer had a slight tumble and hurt his hip! He needed an operation and Pet plan were nothing but completely amazing, even though the little guy was on a cover note! Everyone on the phone was really clear with explaining everything, and we have kept the policy running since! I would highly recommend! Reviewed on: 17th August 2017

They are reliable, liked by vets and great to deal with. There are lots of cheaper companies but you get what you pay for and Petplan go the extra mile. Reviewed on: 6th August 2017
