My pony max was very poorly a few years back .. not only did they pay for his treatment without issues! They were very supportive and helpful in our times of distress ,. And for that I'm very grateful. Reviewed on: 15th August 2017

They are reliable, liked by vets and great to deal with. There are lots of cheaper companies but you get what you pay for and Petplan go the extra mile. Reviewed on: 6th August 2017

Always been so efficient and paid out when we needed it.

Our gorgeous little boy Totto who was our cat died last year but we have always had a really great experience with Petplan who always paid out whenever we neede to claim and handled our claims promptly. If we decide to have a cat again in the future, petplan willge definitely at the top of our list for insurance. Reviewed on: 4th August 2017

Quick & efficient, no quibble claim settlement

Pet plan pay all claims quickly & give a full explanation of any excesses involved. They have covered our dog from the day we got him, he has a few long term health problems which are all still covered, giving us peace of mind when we visit the vets. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2017

Insured for strife through life!

We love our pets, some of us more then we love ourselves. So getting the best insurrance is paramount for us and our pets. Luckily for Bengy and us over the past 18months our vets, in hand with Petplan, have given us peace of mind and support through what was a difficult and emotional period.
