Most important to me

My cats are my saviour always there to comfort, cheer me up. Especially at times of ill health. So when my eldest cat became I'll so did I emotionally. Pet plan gave advice on the net and the financial help when needed. I didnt have to worry So I could spend the time with my friend, my loved one, to care / nurse him back to full health. Human compassionate help

I’ve had to use my insurance several times. I always find the customer service very helpful,but also a human being who is thoughtful and knowledgable. I’ve never been transferred or put on hold. Payment arrives quickly and without fuss. Reviewed on: 28th July 2022

Caring and Compassionate

Petplan were amazing when my cat was hit by a car. She needed 3 operations and lots of cage rest. Petplan made every step of form filling so simple and they paid out in super fast time. 27 years of excellent service

I have insured my dogs with PetPlan over the last 27 years during which time I have made some big claims and each claim has been dealt with speedily and without hassle which, when you are helping your dog through a difficult health problem is a relief. Reviewed on: 27th July 2022
